You should pay attention to legal matters and make sure that the following papers are provided:

* Land registry document for property transfer between the seller and the buyer.

This document includes information related to the property (area, neighborhood, plot, building, independent section of the property).

* Residence in Turkey or a valid passport with a translated and certified photo.

* Certificate of fair value of the property.
