Turkish exports exceed $20 billion in September 2022

In September 2022, Turkish exports increased by 9.2% compared to September 2021. Recording 22 billion and 612 million dollars.

Data published by the Statistical Institute on Thursday 27-10-2022 related to foreign trade:

The data showed that the volume of imports also increased during September 2022 by 38.1% to record $ 32 billion and 208 million.

The foreign trade deficit also increased by 268.1 percent during September 2022 compared to September 2021.

It amounted to $ 9 billion and 595 million.

Exports increased by 17% between January and September 2022. Compared to the same period of 2021, it amounted to $ 188 billion and 152 million.

Imports rose 40.4 percent to $271 billion and $249 million.

The foreign trade deficit between January and September 2022 increased by 156.3 percent, to reach $83 billion and $97 million.
