Turkish real estate sales to foreigners exceed 55,000 in 2022

Turkish real estate sales in Turkey during October :

In October 2022, Turkey sold 102,660 properties.

Data from the Turkish Statistical Authority showed that house sales in October 2022 decreased by 25.3% compared to October 2021.

October 2022 sales declined by 9.47% compared to September 2022 sales.

List of the most selling cities for Turkish real estate in October:

Istanbul is in first place, with 15,987 properties.

And Ankara in second place with 8 thousand and 146 properties.

Antalya is in third place with 6,323 properties.

List of the least selling countries for Turkish real estate in October 2022:

Hakkari province is in first place with only 30 properties.

And the state of Ardahan in second place with 42 properties.

Then Bayburt State in third place with 69 properties.

Turkish real estate sales to foreigners in October 2022:

5,377 houses were sold to foreigners in October 2022.

Turkish real estate sales to foreigners decreased by 8.8% in October compared to October 2021.

It amounted to 5 thousand and 377. In October 2022, the percentage of real estate sales to foreigners out of total Turkish real estate sales was 5.2%. .

Antalya is in first place in real estate sales to foreigners with the sale of two thousand and 123 houses.

Then Antalya in Istanbul in second place with 1658 properties.

Mersin is in third place with 490 properties.

Real estate sales to foreigners from January to October 2022 increased by 26.9% compared to the same period in 2021 and amounted to 55 thousand and 21 .

In October 2022, citizens of the Russian Federation purchased two thousand and 23 properties from Turkey.

Then Iran with 498 properties.
