4- Lofts

5- Aparthotels or Serviced Apartments:
As you would guess from their names, Aparthotels are apartments with hotel-like amenities, mostly found in new residential complexes which provide some of the best social facilities for the tenants.
6- Villas in Turkey
Villas are multiple-storey buildings designed for housing one family. In Turkey, most villas are built in fanciful structures, featuring terraces and aesthetic architecture. They can be either independent or within residential complexes, built in rural or coastal areas away from city noise.
7- Chalets
Normally, chalets are simply-structured residential units made of wood. However, in Turkey, Chalets are houses built by the coast with only a few meters away from the beach.
