I was not one of the experts in this field, or who studied real estate marketing, or even the knowledge of Turkey or the Turkish language at the time when I founded this company. My first motive was that I wanted to earn my living in a halal way and to establish myself in a new country after the outbreak of the war and the displacement of the Assad regime, our dreams, ideas and plans that we built in Syria. I found myself in front of a large real estate demand in Turkey and tried to employ what I had learned in the last 27 years of my life, what my father had taught him of love of good, honesty of speech and patience. I was not very lucky to meet the experienced people, so I had to work in this field and formulate my own definition of real estate investment in Turkey based on my own definition of the areas in which I gained my humble life experiences in the past years.
